Day 3: Run With Purpose
Scripture: First Epistle to the Corinthians 9:24–27
Reflection (Movement): Take a brisk walk, jog, or stretch outside. Ask yourself while moving: What goal is God calling me to pursue with greater discipline? Movement often clears the mind.
Action Plan – Help Someone: Encourage someone who is trying to improve their life (fitness, faith, work, etc.). Tell them you believe in them.
Prayer to Share: “Lord, help me run my race with focus and discipline. Strengthen my body, mind, and spirit so I can finish strong and inspire others. Amen.”
