Waddup, what're you working on?

I'm currently fulfilling the first wix site, that I sold yesterday for $200.

While also trying to find my first hybrid team member.

My upwork post got 50 submissions,

I texted 10 of them, 6 of them were not so pleased by the pricing structure.

I realized I also have to sell that right (a bit similar to a sales call with a client), I emphasised the benefits for them:

They don't have to stress about clients, I will be sending them over an influx of leads
They earn more every few sites
After 2 successful months they can get hired for $1.5k/m

In the end 4 out of the 10 I texted agreed to the free test project.

Tomorrow I will message some more.
