Business Strategy
What are everyone's business strategies when it comes to web design/dev.
Are people going for High ticket clients with a longer life time value, but having fewer clients.
Or
Are you going lower ticket but with more volume.
Would be interesting to see what everyone thinks the pros and cons are to these. Maybe a strategy that is a mix of both of these.
High Ticket - Low Volume
Low Ticket - High Volume
Mix of both
Something completely different.
