- One thing you want to change (in your parenting OR in yourself!)
Example: "Hi! I'm Sarah, mom of 2 (ages 7 and 10). I joined because I'm constantly rescuing my kids from homework struggles and I know I'm creating dependence. Ready to change that!"
OR:
"Hi! I'm Lisa. I joined because I need to work on MY emotional regulation first. When things are on a downward spiral, I panic. I want to build my own grit so I can lead better."
