And too many people are still trapped in the mindset of a broke dropshipper...
All they think about is how to find a winning product and run ads.
But this is not how you get to 7- or 8-figures per month.

“How can I become the market leader in my industry?”
“How can I be Number #1?”
"How can I build something that can't be copied?"
"How can I build something that is unique and better then everything else?"
Because nothing less is acceptable.
You sell perfume? Ask yourself:
“How can I build the biggest online shop for perfumes?”
You sell cosmetics? Ask yourself:
“How can I build the biggest online shop for cosmetics?”
You sell men's fashion? Ask yourself:
“How can I build the biggest online shop for men’s fashion?”
If you ask yourself this question, you start to think like an industry leader instead of a participant.
Now you will realize...
Wait—if I only have one mediocre product that 20 other people are selling as well, running similar ads, with the same low product quality, I will never own the industry.
So now you’ll think, okay...
  • Maybe I shouldn't just run ads... Instead, I need more people to talk about my product, partner with the biggest affiliates, buy other traffic sources like blogs etc. in my industry.
  • Maybe instead of changing products every second month, I need to focus on one thing and build a better product than everybody else in that space.
  • Maybe instead of focusing on selling to clients one time I need to be so good that people start buying over and over again, recommending the shop to their friends.
  • Maybe I need to find ways to ship my products faster than everybody else to compete with Amazon.
  • Maybe I need real client testimonials instead of fake ones.
  • Maybe I can't depend on Shopify Payments or Stripe anymore to “get paid” and need to use real private processing instead—so I can scale to 7- and 8-figures without having funds on hold.
  • Maybe I need to reduce my tax bills, so instead of losing 40% of my profits + 20% of my revenue, I can keep that money and reinvest it in my business to beat the competition.
  • Maybe I need to focus on a bigger market where I am the smallest fish instead of the biggest one—so I have the potential to grow.
As soon as you adopt this mindset and start asking yourself questions like these, you move into the fast lane and change gear.
That's when you start building a brand and making Ms.
...Without even noticing it. - Well the Ms on your bank account you will probably notice.. ;)
So don’t focus on “building a brand” for the sake of building a brand.
Focus on owning the industry—and you’ll build a brand without even focusing on it.
