What I’ve learned is — growth doesn’t always come from doing more, but from adjusting the “how.”
I made one small shift recently, and the outcome honestly shocked me (in the best way 😅). It reminded me of the story of a man chopping wood with a dull axe — no matter how hard he swung, nothing changed… until he paused, sharpened the blade, and suddenly things got 10x easier.
Let’s just say I found my own way of sharpening the axe this week. The results spoke louder than the effort. Sometimes it’s not about working harder, but knowing where to slice.
