It's What We All Do. Where's the Lie?
Lifelong Concern for Shelter is Universal.
It's more than a mantra. It's a statement of true fact.
From the time we arrive - to the moment we leave - where we'll lay our heads for the night is our paramount concern. Subconciously, if nothing else.
Some people refer to it as the comfort of having "a roof over our head." (air quotes lol)
We Buy And Sell Homes. It's what we all do the entirety of our time on this earth - spend it in one of the trilateral stages of homeownership or another - as either Buyer, Owner or Seller.
Especially in America. Where's the Lie? 🤨
It can't be argued. There's no deviation allowable. We're either one or the other interchangably for our duration here. Buyer, Owner or Seller.
Seeing as so much of our experience here revolves around one dynamic, it stands to reason that the majority of the time we spend learning should be centered around that very dynamic. But it's not.
It's why 95% of Americans are in some varied stage of financial anxiety or another, according to data compiled by the U.S. Social Security Administration.
We Buy And Sell Homes. We're a community of thinkers and action-takers who thrive off challenges and confronting false narratives. We believe in long term economic stability and the accumulation of sustainable wealth that can be carried at least three (3) generations.
We get excited talking about what's possible in the areas of asset acquisition & disbursement. We believe that by virtue of the fact that a problem exists - is proof enough that a solution does also.
And we've got eyes on a monumental problem / of epic proportions.
