Intro
Hi everyone! I'm Christina and I am no stranger to wellness and inner healing, however, brainspotting is new for me. I actually picked up a book about brainspotting a few years ago at the thrift. Now I shall read! lol
Renae is a true GEM and has so much to offer beyond this community. I can't wait to learn more from her wisdom, experience, and just awesomeness.
