Tonight I put my cell phone down at 7PM and gave my full attention to my wife while watching her favorite movie.
No constant checking real estate messages.No social media scrolling.No pressure to respond to every text immediately.
Just being present.
How many of you have wives or kids begging for your attention while you sit there attached to your phone?
Answering emails.Scrolling social media.Replying to everyone else…while the people you love most are sitting right beside you waiting for your attention.
Men… we have to be better.
Success means nothing if your family feels emotionally alone while you chase it.
Tonight was a reminder:being fully present is part of leadership too.
Trying to become a better husband, father, and man one decision at a time.
