Here’s the Action Task for Day 8: create a set of morning questions to put myself in a peak state.

- What am I excited about in my life right now? Why does it excite me?
- What am I proud of in my life right now? Why does it make me proud?
- What am I grateful for in my life right now? Why am I grateful for it?
- What am I committed to in my life right now? Why does that matter?
