By being here, we agree to:

- Offer feedback that is consensual, constructive, and kind
- Listen before advising
- Honor different writing paths, energy levels, and capacities
- Keep this a space free from racism, transphobia, ableism, sexism, fatphobia, antisemitism, and harassment
