Great walking challenges to help people be more mindful during their walks! Also great motivation to get out and walk.

Kate inspires people to walk because of her creative suggestions and her obvious caring for everyone in the group. There's zero pressure to do anything the "right way", only understanding and encouragement.

I am loving being a member of this fabulous group! It has really helped me to stay more present and notice the beauty and magic which is all around me….little things which I may previously have walked straight past. Kate puts so much heart and soul into this group and I would recommend anyone who enjoys walking, and wants to add a little more awe and magic to join. You won’t regret it!
