A few years ago, I was stressed, exhausted and struggling with sciatica so badly I could barely move. Less than three years later, I celebrated my 61st birthday by walking 1,200 miles from Land's End to John O'Groats.
What changed? Walking everyday.
Walking transformed far more than my fitness. It changed my energy, confidence, focus and outlook on life. Oh, and now my jeans fit too!
