A no-pressure daily walking practice. This is a simple, human walking group.
I record my daily walks and share them here - not as workouts, not as motivational speeches, just real walks in real life. I'll add observations about what I see and feel, and whatever else comes up on the walks. You’re invited to walk along with me in your own time, your own body, at your own pace.
There are no step goals. No streaks to protect. No “falling behind.”
Some days, your walk might be five minutes. Some days it might be longer. Some days it might be slow, wandering, or interrupted. All of that belongs here.
This space is for:
  • Gentle consistency over intensity
  • Nervous-system-friendly movement
  • Showing up imperfectly and still counting it
  • Walking as regulation, reflection, or simply getting outside
You’re welcome to:
  • Walk silently with the recordings
  • Share where you walked (or how it felt)
  • Come and go as your life allows
