Iโm excited to share that my books are now available on Amazon
and Iโll be weaving them into our program and classroom sessions as a supportive companion to what weโre already doing together.
These books were created as gentle tools for grounding, reflection, and creative connectionโsomething you can return to between sessions when you want:
- a mindful reset
- a steadying breath
- a creative spark
- or a simple way to come back to the present moment
How our sessions will be structured:
Each session will follow a monthly outline of content, so youโll always know the theme, the focus, and what weโre practicing together that month. Think: steady structure + room for creativity.
Yes, there will be VR activities too โจ
Weโll include a few optional VR-based experiences as part of our practicesโbut you do not need a headset to benefit from this work. Most practices can be done anywhere: breathwork, journaling/reflection, simple creative prompts, and grounding exercises. If you do have a headset, youโll have a fun โbonus layerโ to explore.
