In this tutorial, I’ll show you how I built a completely automated AI system that:
→ Takes a PDF and avatar image
→ Extracts the PDF content
→ Creates Instagram Reel ideas
→ Sends everything to Google Sheets for easy editing
→ Generates voiceover with Eleven Labs + animates the avatar with Hedra
→ Automatically generates subtitles for the Reel with Creatomate
→ Posts to Instagram with Blotato
This isn’t just automation — it’s a full content machine that lets you generate dozens of Reels from long-form content.
