How to start the 7 Day Vocal Challenge ✨
This challenge is about opening your voice, not getting it perfect.Singing or speaking is welcome. I just want to hear you.
This is a safe space to try, explore, and be supported
🌸 Step 1 — Choose your piece
Pick a song, short presentation, or reel idea that feels a little stretchy but still kind to where your voice is right now. Trust your instinct.
🌸 Step 2 —Record Your "Before" video
This is simply a loving snapshot of where you’re starting.
Keep it under 60 seconds, No filters. No fixing. No pressure.
🌸 Step 3 — Share it with us (post here)
Post your video or audio right here so we can support you.

You’ll receive encouragement, gentle guidance, and real support from me and the women in this space
Show up for your voice each day with the short exercises and lessons.

At the end of the 7 days, record the same piece again and notice what’s changed.
