💗 How to Start the Vocal Activate Method (7-Day Reset)
This 7-day reset is your introduction to vocal strength training.
Small, intentional exercises.Consistent daily practise. No forcing. No strain.
1️⃣ Choose your piece
Pick a song, short presentation, or reel idea that feels gently challenging but still supportive of where your voice is right now.
Singing or speaking is welcome. This work supports all voices.
2️⃣ Record your “Before” video
This is simply a snapshot of your starting point.
Keep it under 60 seconds. No editing. No fixing. Just awareness.
3️⃣ Share it for feedback
Post your video or audio in the group to receive supportive feedback.

This is practice, not performance.
4️⃣ Follow the 7-day routine
Treat this like a daily Pilates or yoga practice for your voice.
Short, focused exercises that:
- Wake up vocal muscles
- Build strength and coordination
- Reduce tension and fear
Consistency matters more than intensity.
5️⃣ Record your “After” video
At the end of the 7 days, record the same piece again and notice the difference in strength, steadiness, and ease.
6️⃣ Share your progress
Post your before and after so we can celebrate your growth together.
