What to do
Sup everyone, I have a question. So today I went driving for dollars in my area and found tons of promising properties, however a few of the properties I pinned in LandGlide seemed to be vacant commercial properties rather than residential. Are commercial properties worth wholesaling or should I focus more on the residential?
