TX Builder Needs 30 Lots
Hey yall, I’ve got a builder in TX who needs 30 lots and I would love to JV with you guys. Here’s his criteria:
Comal County
Reasonably Level Lots and at least 60x125
Stay away from Comal Hills, Cypress Gardens, & Indian Trails
Paying 40-45k for lots that are level and don’t have strange neighbors.
