Small win today 🙌
A client asked me to “make their inbox less chaotic” and 3 weeks later they literally said they feel less stressed opening email now. Weirdly proud of that haha.
Biggest thing that helped was creating:
- VIP folder
- quick reply templates
- auto-labels for recurring stuff
Simple systems really do make clients stay longer.
