Small win today.
One of my clients asked me to “handle the inbox however I think works best” instead of checking every reply before I send it. Took like 5 months to get that level of trust honestly.
Biggest thing that helped was sending fewer but clearer updates. I used to overexplain EVERYTHING lol.
