I've been a VA for over a year and I'm still not sure how to justify raising my rate?

Like I know I've gotten faster, I know I've learned more tools, I know my work is better than it was 12 months ago

But every time I think about telling a client my new rate I talk myself out of it

How do you even start that conversation without feeling like they're just going to replace you?
