I just started trying to offer VA services and honestly I’m a bit stuck 😅

I know basic admin tasks but when clients ask about tools like Notion or Zapier I freeze.

Should I focus on learning one tool deeply first or try to get a general idea of many tools? What helped you when you were starting out?
