Introductions...
This is a new space so everyone please introduce yourselves. I will make this group private once I get 10 members.
My name is Gena and I am 53 years 'old'. I am 7 or so years postmenopausal and boy has it been a journey. I am on bioidentical HRT and it's been tough, to say the least. On top of that, I also have an autoimmune disease so...but anyway, introduce yourself. Let me know how you came to find us, what you're wanting to learn, and what you're willing to contribute to the community (if anything).
