What is it?
An honest, experienced set of eyes on your product, what's working, what's broken, what I'd change, and where I'd focus next. It's not just a design audit. Depending on where you are, it might be about your idea, your messaging, your positioning, your UI/UX, or what to do next to actually get paid.
Because the right feedback depends on your stage:
  • Just an idea — should you even build this, and how would you validate it cheaply before sinking months in?
  • Built, not launched — is it ready, what's holding you back from shipping, and how do you get over the line instead of polishing forever?
  • Launched, pre-revenue — struggling to convert? Now it's about messaging, positioning, and where you're leaking people, because the problem's usually there, not in the product.
  • Making some money — what to double down on, where the growth is, and how to get more from what's already working.
  • Got traction, want to scale — what's worth pouring fuel on, what to systemise, and whether to scale this or take the playbook into your next bet.
Tell me roughly where you're at in the form, and I'll aim the feedback there.
What I draw on
  • 📐 UX/UI best practice — established principles that reduce friction and improve usability
  • 🎨 Modern design standards — what good looks like right now
  • 🔀 Current interaction patterns — the navigation, flows, and behaviours users expect in 2026
  • 👁️ Visual hierarchy — does the eye go where it needs to, in the right order
  • 💬 Honest first impressions — does it feel trustworthy, premium, or cheap
  • 🧭 Real-world experience — what I'd actually do with it, having built and launched a lot of products
I'm not here to pixel-pick or run a formal audit. I'll flag what I find, and some things will slip through, but I'm looking for the quick wins that make the biggest difference, fast.
A few caveats
Use it as a guide, not gospel. 99% of the time I won't be your target customer, but I can think like them and spot the friction you've stopped seeing. You know your market better than I do, so take what's useful and leave what isn't.
And this is feedback and opinion, the real answers come from your market over time. A review isn't a verdict on your idea or your ability. Every product needs work. This is just a fresh set of eyes to point you in the right direction faster.
