Welcome to VetMentors Housing University™, where we’re building a first-of-its-kind educational platform dedicated to transforming how our nation serves veterans through housing, homeownership, entrepreneurship, government contracting, and community collaboration.

Because you joined at the very beginning, you are officially one of our Founding Members.

VetMentors Housing University™ consists of one University with eight specialized colleges, each offering its own educational pathway and classes.

Each college contains multiple classes designed to help you develop specialized knowledge and practical skills that you can immediately apply in your community and business.

📖 Every Student Starts Here

Before enrolling in any other college, every student must first complete the foundational course in the College of Veteran Housing Solutions.

Your first required course is:

Collaborative Housing Solutions for Homeless Veterans

We require every student to begin here because every other college builds upon the collaborative principles taught in this course.

Whether your goal is to:

• House homeless veterans

• Help veterans become homeowners

• Develop veteran housing programs

• Open a Veteran Shared Living home

• Build a veteran-focused business

• Invest in real estate

• Secure government contracts

• Partner with the VA and community organizations

…it all begins with understanding how the veteran housing ecosystem works.

This course provides the strong foundation you’ll need for success throughout the University.

Just like a traditional university, every class has its own required guidebook.

We believe learning is most effective when you have a resource you can:

You cannot take a class without the required guidebook.

Your guidebook is an essential part of your educational experience.

Our team is actively building and loading courses into each of the eight colleges.

As each college is completed, it will officially open for enrollment, and we’ll announce it right here in the community.

In the meantime, we encourage you to begin purchasing your guidebooks so you’ll be prepared when your desired college opens.

Together, we’re building a national educational movement that will prepare professionals, REALTORS®, nonprofits, investors, developers, social workers, case managers, housing navigators, government agencies, entrepreneurs, and community leaders to help veterans transition from homelessness to stable housing and ultimately to homeownership.
