A proud veteran, Liam is also a passionate advocate for fellow servicemen and women. He actively supports two veteran charities in the Northwest and regularly donates his time and skill sets to uplift others—whether through home repairs, mentorship, or community initiatives. His mission is to build more than homes; he’s building trust, opportunity, and lasting impact.

We’re raising £30,000 to purchase and renovate a property that will become a safe, welcoming home for veterans in need—those transitioning to civilian life, facing housing insecurity, or simply seeking a place of belonging.
The property will be owned and managed under a limited company, ensuring full transparency, legal structure, and long-term stewardship. This isn’t a personal asset—it’s a community commitment, built to last.

- 🔧 Renovate it ourselves—using our own hands, tools, and trade skills

We’re keeping costs lean and doing the work ourselves:
- £20,000 – Property purchase
- £7,000 – Renovation materials and essential upgrades
- £2,000 – Furnishings, safety features, and setup
- £1,000 – Legal, licensing, and company admin
We’ll share every step of the journey with you—photos, updates, and stories from the first hammer swing to the first move-in.
