Time is flying!
Sometimes I find it hard to document everything I eat everyday and check in on the app!
It feels good for my mental health to step back a few steps when it feels overwhelming or more like a task. Also makes coming back and sharing more fulfilling

My favorite strawberries from driscoll called the “sweetest batch”. I don’t normally like store bought strawberries, but this variety is so amazing! If you see them- try them!! I ate 4 containers of them today 🤭
Grocery haul - some old grapes I’m turning into raisins in the dehydrator and some mushrooms (portobello) I’m turning into mushroom jerky - teriyaki flavor!
Still making morning green juice and mono meals for breakfast. Love making the juice fresh when I wake up
