Wednesday meals
Green juice - apple, kale, beet, carrot, cucumber
1st meal - 2 red pears
2nd meal - bananas and blueberries topped with banana, mango, and spinach.
3rd meal - veggie soup with avocado “toast” with kimchi on top. Toast made of sunflower seeds, flax seeds, tomatoes, agave nectar, Celtic sea salt with pizza/Italian seasoning. All raw and organic.
