Wednesday meals
I started the day with a green juice
1st meal one grapefruit (Not pictured)
2nd meal smoothie bowl - green apple, celery, blueberries, banana. Topped with half banana, 1/2 cup mango, and spinach blended. Yummy.
3rd meal started with small salad (lettuce, cabbage, orange peppers, red onion and almond butter dressing).
Rueben sandwich with spring mix greens, marinated mushrooms, tomatoes, and topped with sauerkraut wrapped in coconut wrap. I had a second wrap with kimchi since I used up my sauerkraut on the first wrap. The wraps would have tasted better on a different kind of wrap. But I still enjoyed them.
