I worked out. Warmed up on my rebounder about 10 to 15 minutes using 2 lb weights. Then did squats with 8 to 12 lb weights.
Then drank my organic green juice (2 celery stalks, small green apple, ginger, lemon, 2 carrots, 1 cucumber, and cilantro).
Had to leave so no time to eat my grapefruits so I made a smoothie to take with me (power greens, hemp seeds, 1 cup strawberries, PB2 powder, 1 banana, vanilla, cinnamon.
Within the next hour I will have my last meal of the day. Can’t wait to make the tahini lemon dressing in the recipe section for my salad.
