Super glad I was inspired to invest in a juicer. For decades I've struggled with lower iron levels that often made exercise more exhausting (higher heart rates and more fatigue). Although I have consistently eaten most of the veggies I've been putting in my green juice, I have found that since juicing them every day, my heart rate doesn't seem to need to get as high and I'm not nearly as out of breath when working out or hiking compared to my experience in the past (even during times when I was working out daily).
I think the big difference is the green juice and wheatgrass juice. I've been making sure to add greens suggested in Tatsiana's guide for iron deficiency (Week 2) and I feel it is working! Yay!
Anyone else notice a difference in diminishing deficiency symptoms since juicing?
