Made the tropical green juice + jalepeno and 2 stalks celery. This juice is so yummy!
Green smoothie today is best kale smoothie plus ginger and extra kale & banana 🍌
Mono meals/snacks today include mandarins and green grapes!
Last nights dinner was leftover burger on iceberg bun and tonight’s dinner plan is a Caesar salad
Got 20 minutes of grounding in after work yesterday and got 30 minutes of yoga in this morning
