You know… yesterday we were the feral 80s kids riding bikes till dark, and today we’re juggling careers, kids leaving the nest, aging parents, grandbabies, and wondering when exactly we became the adults. 😎🔥
Deb started her podcast after realizing life didn’t slow down in her forties—it sped up. With one child still at home, older kids launching into adulthood, becoming a grandparent, caring for aging parents, and trying to remember to take care of herself mentally, physically, and spiritually… she knew she wasn’t alone. So she created a space for real conversations, humor, and heartfelt insight to help midlifers feel seen and supported.
That’s the kind of energy we love around here—honest, human, and heart-centered. ❤️
