🌟 Hi Wonderful Team! 🌟

I’m Carolina Chamberlin, freshly landed in sunny Tampa- literally 3 months ago! ☀️ I’ve been doing real estate since 2006 in Washington and Oregon (yep, still licensed there too 🙋🏻‍♀️).

I was born in Chile, so Yo hablo Español :) tadaa!

Here’s what I’ve learned so far: Florida real estate is a whole different ANIMAL. Down here, you’ve gotta be bold, FEARLESS, and maybe just a little bit “annoying” 😅—so I’m here to master the art of picking up that phone without breaking into a sweat, crying afterwards, or giving myself an ulcer, lol.

In the video, you’ll see the amazing Wipa Watson, a rockstar Tampa realtor I’m lucky to be partnering with. Together, we’re stepping out of our comfort zones, chasing big goals, and making some waves. I am done with what I used to do in WA and OR to get clients. I was too comfortable. Not anymore!
