They are happy with salaries ranging from $4 to $8 per hour, depending on their skill level. This can be negotiated with them based on what you are looking for.
I will post a list of new virtual assistants every month for the next 3 months, so you will have a fresh list to work with until you find who you are looking for.
I will also include my SOP on how to set up listings and teach you how to use Monday.com to have your VA's regularly check every listing for mistakes. This system was a game change for me after I got a lot of units.
I will cap the entrance at 50 people to maintain quality for those that enter.
