I built something to help you all with your portfolio case studies.
A claude.md file you drop into your project folder on your desktop for Claude Code to become your case study coach.
Not a template. Not a checklist.
An actual AI coach that:
✅ Tells you if your case study is portfolio-ready (scored across 7 dimensions)
✅ Calls out the exact sections that are broken and why
✅ Pushes you to lead with outcomes instead of process
✅ Cuts the fluff that's making your work invisible to hiring managers
The file is built around one belief:
A case study is not documentation. It's a signal. Hiring managers aren't reading your whole process — they're scanning for proof that you think clearly and solve real problems.
If your portfolio is still structured like a school project, this will fix that.

3. Open Claude (or Claude Code) and start a new project with that folder
4. Tell Claude what you're working on — it'll take it from there
