Desperately need an answer/solution to this question...

I write YouTube scripts for about 40 different clients right now, and I have a Claude project for each one. The problem is that some of these Claude projects take a lot longer to respond than the others. It’s not like they have more information or an excessive number of files in the project knowledge either.

Sometimes the projects that take a long time to respond have less information inside them than the ones that have 80% of the project knowledge take up. It’s super weird.

Mainly asking you, KJ, lol, but if anybody else writes copy here and knows how to solve this, I would love to know why this happens. I’ve tested everything, and I literally cannot get to the bottom of it. It’s like 1 in every 5 Claude projects will take a whole minute to respond to my edits for scripts, but other projects will only take a few seconds and have way more info inside the project knowledge, which is so weird to me.

Let me know if you guys know how to solve this or if this is something any of you guys deal with.
