A notification should save a trip
Removing a link from a post made me notice a similar issue with work notifications. Some messages only tell me to open another app.
Take an invoice exception as a hypothetical example. “Invoice needs review” creates a task. “Amount differs from the purchase order; check the currency before approval” explains the task.
I’d keep private invoice details out of a broad chat and send the decision context only to the right person.
The useful improvement is fewer trips between apps, not more notifications.
