Upwork top rated but still no new client for last 3 monthz
I am top rated on upwork for last several years but for last three months i am trying to get new clients but no luck. Can someone please help me with it.. i am thinking about profile optimization or something. I am getting invites btw, but not too much.. 1 2 in 15 days.
