Before we drop the whole 1hr interview here, I want to share a tiny piece of what world class choreographer John Knowles had to say when he was answering my question to him about what coaches should be doing right now to ensure the highest opportunity for success later in the season. He shares SO much in the interview, so this is only a tiny piece... but think about his answer from the coach perspective he was talking about here AS WELL AS our parent perspective.
