I did that for a long time, thinking how I don’t have the money, time, resources, training … list goes on and on! Nothing but excuses and it caused me to build up fear.
Fear of losing, fear of rejection, fear of failure, and fear of judgment.
Until one day I got really fed up got help and started doing one small task at a time!
One small win is all it takes to build us up from the ground up again….
