We go through life every day just
living the day and not enjoying life.
At the end of your life or on your deathbed, you surely would like to look back and say I enjoyed my life.

When I come in troubles , I reflected on my life, what I was doing and where I was going, how I wasted time on insignificant things and how I clung to things in the past that did not matter what I did with my life up until that point and most of it, I was happy with my choices and decisions.
Although I made some big mistakes that impacted on my future.
By reflecting and looking back over your past life, do you feel like you could be happier?
Do you feel like you need some change?
The idea behind this 30 day Happiness challenge is to help you and guide you to start living a happier life.
Because you only get these hands once time passed is gone and you can never get it back.
