Before you sleep — ideally outside or near a window where you can see or sense the sky — try this:

Stand or sit quietly. Take three slow breaths to arrive in your body.

Then speak out loud. Just a few words. Something true. Something you want the universe to know.

"I am here. I am listening. Show me what I need to see."

Then go quiet. Not to wait for an answer — but to become receptive. Notice what arises in the space after your words. A feeling. An image. A memory. A sudden knowing.
