One of the biggest mistakes entrepreneurs make is focusing only on creating content without thinking about what happens AFTER someone finds them.
Let's break it down.
A customer journey is simply the path someone takes from discovering you to eventually becoming a customer, client, member, or community participant.
Example:
Step 1: They see your content.
Step 2: They visit your profile.
Step 3: They join your community.
Step 4: They consume your content.
Step 5: They build trust.
Step 6: They purchase an offer.
The problem?
Many business owners have content but no journey.
People discover them and then get stuck because there isn't a clear next step.
If you're just getting started, ask yourself these questions:
1️⃣ How are people discovering me?
2️⃣ What do I want them to do after they discover me?
3️⃣ Do I have a clear place for them to go next?
4️⃣ How am I building trust once they enter my world?
5️⃣ What offer, service, product, or opportunity am I eventually guiding them toward?
Your assignment:
Draw out your customer journey.
Start with: "Someone discovers me..."
Then write down every step you want them to take from that point forward.
Don't worry about making it perfect.
The goal is simply to create clarity.
Because when you create clarity for your audience, you create growth for your business. 💜
