Do informational interviews fail to convert into job referrals or introductions of colleagues in the company due to which of the following:
- Lack of experience in the specific role
- Inability to build rapport with the person you are networking with (Likability issue)?
Would someone still refer you or introduce you to someone in the company, if you lack the experience?
