Advice on Salary Negotiation
If you are currently in between jobs, should you still negotiate the offer? Will the employer accept your requests in such a situation, knowing that you want the job more than they want you. Will a negotiation request have the potential of rescinding the offer?
I understand when one is employed, they have more leverage to negotiate.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
