I stopped over automating everything… and my AI marketing results got better!
One of the biggest mistakes in AI marketing?
Automating before validating.
I used to build complex AI workflows first…before proving the offer, message, or funnel.
When I changed this, everything improved.
What I do now:
Validate the offer manually first.
Automate only what is repeatable and proven.
Keep workflows simple and measurable.
Add human touch where conversions matter
Result?
Better quality leads.
Higher conversion rates.
Way less tech chaos.
Automation should amplify what works not fix what’s broken.
