Hey everyone ๐
Super pumped to share something I just shipped as part of my 1 Product a Week challenge โ introducing Time Port โณ๐
What is it?
Time Port is a smart bio link that changes where it sends people based on the time of day, day of the week, or even their geographical location. Itโs like a time-aware, geo-aware portal for your content. One link, endless possibilities.
The Problem:
Traditional bio links are static. You get one shot at redirecting someone โ and that same link hits the same destination, no matter when or where your audience clicks it.
But people online are global, multi-platform, and always in motion โ why should our links be stuck in 2007?
Time Port lets you do cool stuff like:
- Send morning traffic to a blog post, and night traffic to your chill playlist ๐ง
- Show U.S. visitors one landing page and EU visitors a localized version ๐
- Run a special promo only on weekends, automatically ๐๏ธ
- Customize user journeys without needing code or 10 different links
Why I built this:
This was born out of pure frustration. During launches or content drops, I found myself constantly swapping links or trying to make janky link trees work for multiple time zones. I wanted something that just got it โ that changed based on context. So I built it.
Used Next.js, Supabase, Vercel Edge Middleware, and Clerk โ learned a TON about geo-IP detection, edge logic, and syncing auth across services.
Built it LIVE as part of my YouTube series where I create a new SaaS every week.
If you're a creator, indie hacker, founder, or just someone with a global audience, Time Port is made for you.
Would love your thoughts, feedback, use case ideas, or just a quick "yo this is cool" comment. And of course โ if you dig it, drop an upvote on Product Hunt โค๏ธโ๐ฅ
Letโs make our links as smart as our content.
